eBay is running a new promotion that lets sellers list up to 15,000 fixed-price listings for free – if they receive eBay’s invitation to participate. eBay has been running more of these types of promotions of late that let sellers post a very high numbers of listings. But since eBay imposes limits on how much each seller can list, it’s possible many sellers never reach the cap during the promotion.
The current promotion requires that invited activate the offer, after which they can list up to 15,000 fixed-price listings and pay no insertion fees (Final Value Fees still apply). The promotion kicked off on April 7 and runs through April 12, 2014.
As for the nitty-gritty of the terms: only sellers whose accounts meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards are eligible. 3, 5, 7, 10, and 30-day listing durations are included, and Good ‘Til Cancelled listings are excluded. All existing selling limits as well as category and item limits apply and may exclude sellers from creating the maximum number of listings in the promotion.
All other fees apply, see eBay website for details and restrictions.
