eBay is running a special free-listing promotion for UK sellers in which it is also capping commission fees. The 2-day sale kicked off on January 24th and allows invited sellers to list up to 100 listings and pay a maximum of 3 pounds on Final Value Fees if the item sells.
The sale applies to both auction and fixed-price listings, but is by invitation only and is limited to private (casual) sellers.
Sellers must activate the promotion before they begin listing. Participation is linked to a seller’s account and is not transferable. Sellers must be registered as a resident in the UK.
Be sure to read the fine print, such as – only single quantity listings are eligible; and “an eligible item previously scheduled to go live during the promotional period will qualify for the promotion only if you have opted in to the promotion before the listing starts.”
All other fees apply, see your invitation for details and restrictions.
