eBay Director of Core AI to Speak at March Meeting of Sellers

eBay’s next quarterly Seller Check-in event will feature a session on AI (artificial intelligence). Janet Jenq, the Director of Core AI at eBay, will explain how sellers can use eBay’s AI-driven solutions to enhance their customer experience and stay ahead. Jenq has been at eBay for over 11 years, having joined as Senior Manager of Paid Search at its Washington office in 2014.

The 2-hour eBay Seller Check-in will be live streamed on March 7, 2025 beginning at 3 pm Eastern. It will also touch on eBay’s new integration with Facebook Marketplace.

eBay’s Vice President of the US market Dawn Block will present a keynote address along with eBay’s Director of Seller Community and Engagement; the Senior Director of Personalization Science; and three product managers.

According to the announcement, the benefits of attending include the following:

Following the keynote, there will be four breakout sessions:

  • Tools & Tips for eBay Seller Success

The four half-hour breakout sessions will be followed by a seller networking session. Sellers must register in order to attend the virtual event and in order to watch replays after the event.
