Many online sellers rely on suppliers to get their inventory, and running out of stock is not an option. What if you could see at a glance all the key information about your suppliers, such as average lead-time needed to place orders and percentage of on-time deliveries? Stitch Labs has launched new reporting functionality for online sellers that can generate detailed reports of this kind, providing them with information to operate more efficiently.
“Supplier scorecards” is just one example. The new reporting capabilities also let merchants generate customized Google Analytics reports. Users of the inventory management service can now access their Google Analytics data across channels such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and Bigcommerce, all from their Stitch account.
Stitch Labs says this allows merchants to quickly view product performance across channels and save time gathering insight from their disparate web store and marketplace accounts.
The new functionality also for new customized reports – “by integrating with third-party data sources and creating tailored reports for customers, Stitch is breaking down the challenge of information silos.”
A spokesperson told EcommerceBytes sellers can use the supplier scorecards to basically pit all of their supplier competitors against each other in real-time – this allows Stitch users to get a clear picture if there is a different supplier that could meet demand more reliably, she said. The scorecard can also help sellers quickly identify areas of concern.
“Predictive analytics, forecasting, and industry data aren’t usually available for small businesses without a very hefty price tag,” she added. The new reporting functionality is included in all plans, found on the Stitch Labs website.
