Reader Says eBay Is Overriding His Seller Ad Rates

By: Reader

Dear Ina,
Just an FYI for your readers:

eBay is overriding the items you promote and replacing it with a higher percentage - after you've already hit the list button.

I noticed this roughly a week ago and it has persisted since then. I have to backtrack and revise each new listing 5+ times before it registers what entered.

Just another one of their skimming games.

That about all eBay innovates - how to tip you off better.

Entered sellers into international shipping and sent them a email that they have to opt out.

Changed method of how shipping was computer for multiple quantity items and mad and made no announcement about it and sent to message.

Double billing customers.

Billing customers for service they did not order on the listing, such as random Gallery Plus fees.

FVF on shipping.

Hide listings.

Hide shipping options.

You could write a book on this.
