Have a problem with the Plain-Text version of the EcommerceBytes email newsletter?
We’ve informed our new email list-hosting company of the problem. The plain-text version is not formatted properly and strips out links to the news articles. We understand that, for a variety of reasons, some subscribers prefer plain-text emails and we’re working to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, right now, there are only two workarounds we’re aware of:
- Subscribe to the newsletter using a different email client that allows you to read HTML emails. We keep the HTML version “lean and mean” so you won’t be receiving lots of images and buttons.
- When you receive an email from us, visit the EcommerceBytes.com home page where you’ll see the most recent content. The blogs and letters to the editor are at the top – and keep scrolling down to see the most recent news articles.

It’s important to us that you are able to receive ecommerce news the way you prefer, and we’ll continue to keep after our list hosting company to solve their problem.
