Do you remember the first item you ever sold online? Let us know by sending an email to ina@auctionbytes.com and we may publish your story. Today we hear from Cheri who took the initiative to figuring out how to sell online, and has been having fun ever since.

The first item I ever sold on Ebay was a Jerry Garcia Beanie Baby. I asked my kids, 28 & 30 years old to please help me learn to sell on Ebay. They said "okay" but, never had the time to teach me, so.... I decided to learn it myself, I just looked in a drawer, and found the Beanie baby. I thought , to myself, I better start small. So after 3 hours, of writing my description, and taking pictures, it was listed! It sold for $7.00. I was so happy!!!

I have been hooked ever since, and met some great people! I am now a Silver Powerseller, and it has been just over a year, from my first sale. I look back, and laugh at my first ads...but we have to start somewhere, and I did! It's so fun!!!!
