eBay UK Promotion Benefits Business Sellers for a Change
By Ina Steiner
While eBay UK runs weekly promotions for casual sellers, next week it is running a promotion for business sellers who have a Basic or Featured Store. eBay UK will waive listing fees for up to 50,000 listings from November 12 - 16, 2012. eBay UK ran a similar promotion in October.
To take part in this promotion, business sellers must be registered as resident in the UK and own either a Basic or Featured store during the promotional period. Sellers must list in an eligible category using the Fixed Price 30 day or Good 'til Cancelled (GTC) format on eBay.co.uk.
Only business sellers whose accounts meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are eligible. If a business seller opens a Basic or Featured store during the promotional period, they will be eligible for zero Insertion Fees from that point onwards.
eBay UK said listings that are renewed or automatically renew outside of the promotional period will not be eligible for the zero Insertion fees, and it is excluding auction listings. Sellers who've registered after March 15, 2011 or have not listed any items for a while may have selling restrictions (10 items per month or 650 pounds of items sold per month, whichever is reached first).
All other fees apply, see eBay UK website for details and restrictions.
