eBay Extends Completed Item Search to 60 Days
By Ina Steiner
eBay sellers can now check sold item data going back 60 days in some categories, up from 15 days. Sellers use the data to calculate average selling prices, which helps them to price their products and helps with procurement decisions.
eBay has increased what it calls "the look-back time" for sold items to 60 days in the Art, Antiques, Coins & Paper Money, Dolls & Bears, Entertainment Memorabilia, Sports Memorabilia, Stamps and Toys categories.
In October, eBay had expanded the availability of completed item information in the Collectibles category, and it said sellers in the Collectibles category will continue to have 90 days of information on sold items and 45 days for unsold items in that category.
