|I used SV years ago and decided to give them a shot again as they appear to have upgraded the platform. My number one concern with a multi-channel platform is that my inventory sync so that we do not oversell on any given channel. |Pretty good (we are users in the UK) but there are signs that they are struggling with growth/change issues.
A recent (October 2013) maintenance took hours longer than intended and no real apologies /explanations.
Worth a try but not what they were when known "AuctionSound" in our opinion.

|Went to AuctionSound after my other vendor disbanded and now can only say "why didn't I do this sooner".
First, the responsiveness of customer service sets the standard that every company should emulate. Knowledgeable, patient, forthright and totally professional only begins to describe their strengths. They are to be congratulated.
In over a year never once a technical glitch on their end.
Unconditionally recommended for eBay and CL Trading Assistants that also sell their own inventory.|
