Todd Lutwak, Vice President of Seller Experience at eBay, joined AuctionBytes Editor Ina Steiner to talk about the changes impacting sellers that were announced on April 27, 2010. The Summer Seller Updates include changes to the way eBay measures seller performance; the use of anonymous email addresses for buyer-seller communication; automatic feedback reminders sent by eBay; and new values for specifying Item condition. Quite a bit of time was spent discussing seller performance changes, which eBay refers to as "Buyer Protection cases," and more information is available on this page. Todd also revealed that eBay will be making a third Seller Release announcement later this year, and discussed new bulk editing functionality now available to sellers. AuctionBytes readers are discussing the Summer Seller Update changes on the AuctionBytes Blog. Run time: 31:12
