Lynda Talgo is Senior Director of eBay Buyer Protection. In today's Ecommerce Industry SoundBytes, Lynda discusses eBay's new fall marketing campaign launched on October 4th. The campaign promotes eBay as a safe place to shop by highlighting the company's Buyer Protection program. Lynda said eBay will send one million postcards and 27 million emails to buyers, and talked about the company's use of the eBay.com home page to post a letter from eBay CEO John Donahoe informing shoppers of the program.
