Finally a Workaround to the eBay Relisting Glitch?

Dear Ina,
eBay has had a long standing glitch where ended items get relisted, causing all sorts of problems. 

I believe that if a listing is deleted and ends up in the "ended" bucket, then a seller must also delete the listing from the "ended" bucket or risk having that listing relisted. 

I think this glitch is random and doesn't affect all listings in the undeleted "ended" bucket - that is why it is hard to figure out.

When you say "ended bucket," do you mean the "managed unsold listings" page?  If so, this would make sense.  This is one of the few, if not only, eBay glitches I've heard this many reports of for this long, but have never experienced myself.  I always delete ended items from that page as soon as possible.  There may be an occasion when I leave a listing there for a day or two (usually when there's a pending sale off-eBay that has not been paid for yet), but never more than that, and in most cases, a lot less.

I always delete ended listings 30to45 days after they have sold on Ebay (60to90 days on Amazon)... perhaps that's why I never suffered the relist glitch (I have been selling on Ebay since 1997)...

I always deleted my ended listings and would still find a previously sold item for sale again 6 months later.

I also deleted by end listings in an attempt to stop this, but I still get them, at least two to three times a year.  Actually had two in December.
