Missing eBay Bookmarks and Related Image-Upload Problem

Dear Ina,
It looks like eBay changed most all of my old bookmarks that I have used for YEARS. I have gotten some fixed, several I can't find the original place???

On one laptop (chromebook) I can no longer upload images from a SD card to eBay - it happened at the same time the bookmarks ended - I would think "they" did it...

Have you heard from others about this?

Have you checked your computer to make sure you don't have a problem?

Clear all your cookies and cache and see if that helps.  This issue is likely your device and not an Ebay problem.

For the last 4 weeks if I click on my store icon in my

ebay sold I get a red banner saying Sorry, this store
.
not found. Everywhere else goes right to my store.

You are stronger willed than I am.  After a day or two of that I would have been in contact with Ebay to find out what is going on.  I would suggest for the best help is to go to Ebay for business on Twitter or Facebook.  The better trained CSRs are there.
