Dear Ina,
Regarding Amazon gating of Nintendo (link to EcommerceBytes article):

Here's a video showing the Amazon email about the Nintendo gating (via YouTube). 

I would like to add that the listings Amazon blocked of Nintendo on the 31st have not been reactivate for me nor for others I know, and today is now the 3rd.

To my knowledge, once Amz gates a brand, that's it, it's over.  You cannot list that brand unless you have receipts or approval from the manufacturer.  OP should list on Ebay or Mercari and be done with it.
I bought a brand from a liqudation - store going OOB - and went to list it on AMZ.  Gated!  So I listed it on Poshmark and it sold in one month.
