Seller Seeks Multichannel Listing Tool

By: Reader

Dear Ina,
I was wondering what is the best way to list new items to multiple marketplaces, specifically eBay, Amazon and Walmart. Most marketplace tools will sync the inventory, but not create a new item that is currently not on the marketplace catalog.

I currently use Solid Commerce, but over the years had issues with the software listing the products on Walmart and Amazon, so we had to manually create the products.

Do most volume sellers use excel or is there a good listing tool?

Thank you,
Dave

Hi Dave,

This is a problem many sellers run into. Fortunately, it doesn't have to be that complicated!

FeedStation is a service that will automatically create optimized listings and coordinate complex inventories between channels and the back-office.

I have been looking for a listing tool to copy my eBay items to Etsy. I'm surprised Josh Silverman hasn't managed to build an import system yet. I would have made it a priority if I was CEO. Would also be nice to export from my my website to Etsy.

I'm also amazed the eBay hasn't come up with a way of importing our listings from the eBay.com site to eBay.co.uk site etc.

Sellers simply don't have time to duplicate their listings one at a time. Maybe the new eBay CEO will have the Intelligence foresee the extra revenue and do something about it. We can always dream.

Totally agree with Jono77.  I would really LOVE to be able to export from eBay to Etsy, and vice versa in some rare cases.

2 words, Dave: SixBit Software. The best listing/shipping/inventory management tool EVER; easily handles multiple channels. Plus John Slocum (who created Blackthorne, which was purchased by eBay) and his team provide superlative customer support. SixBit is desktop based and very intuitive. Also excellent for eBay/Amazon/Shopify: inkFrog. Good luck, and happy listing!
