Seller Foiled by Amazon Handmade Verification Process

Dear Ina,
I have tried five times to establish a Handmade Store with Amazon's Seller Central. They have no phone support and any communication comes from a computer, not a human, so they don't see the problems.  

One of the main issues is their verification process. I was approved to sell, but they want various ID's. I sent my driver's license, but they said both sides had to be on one page. I resent on one page and then they ask for a second page of the back! 

It doesn't work because the "fields" they've created asks for a front and back. It's a Catch 22 situation with no one watching. I've given up.
