Questions for eBay? Wednesday Chat Open to All Topics

Sellers with questions for eBay can attend Wednesday's chat session; this month, the session is open to all topics.

Sellers can show up on December 13 at 1 pm Pacific (4 pm Eastern) and type their questions in to the discussion board thread, and eBay moderators will respond.

Some months the chats are devoted to specific topics, but this month, there are no restrictions. eBay has been making many changes sellers may wish to get the company to address, such as the new ability for buyers to upload photos when leaving sellers feedback.

Sellers have also been asking eBay for information about its holiday marketing plans, though it may be a bit late for that with the window for shipping orders in time for Christmas rapidly closing.

Sellers may also have their own ideas for changes or features they'd like to suggest, or wish to report or follow up on glitches.

If you have questions for eBay, Wednesday afternoon is your chance to ask (though you may not always get a satisfactory answer) by visiting this eBay discussion board thread - and feel free to let us know what's on your mind.

They don’t like my questions. Im banned from the discussion boards. I can assure you its not open to ALL topics.

Waste of time. Like the VP their answers are a salad bowl. Nothing intelligent comes from these so called meetings.

It's also every Wednesday 2-3pm in the UK.

Generally seen now as just an extension of CS double talk and nonsense. Usual passing on to "tech teams", wrong answers, evasion, and contradicting each other.

Any threads pointing this out just get deleted.

It’s a con job to make people think eBay cares - when they don’t

It’s similar to the con they pull on Wall Street where the seals all clap when eBay tells them they are loosing buyers and sellers, sales are up %2 but don’t worry they are giving back 34 cents a share to shareholders.

The horse has already left the barn.

They can start with the questions that were asked and ignored 15 years ago.  They are still being asked.

It is unlikely that you got banned because they didn't like your questions, but how you asked them.  Word choices mean a great deal.
