This is feeding fraudulent data to investors which is in fact a crime.

I was surprised by this change yesterday, the first thing I noticed was that I couldn't find the listings that have sold and need to be re-listed.

After being unable to find this information, I called eBay and asked the support person who was trying to be helpful how I can get this information and it appears this isn't available in S**T HUB at the moment and she'd pass this onto their backend team to consider adding...

At that point I ASKED VERY STRONGLY to be switched back to the SELLER MANAGER which she was able to do.

This new interface just makes no sense and is a lot more work to use.

Where do they find the folks who think this is a good idea.

When you have criminals at the top of a company who sit around thinking about how they can defraud their own customers and Wall Street these are the kinds of ideas that  executives come up with thinking they are going to save their jobs by cooking the books, Donahoe did it with his fraudulent value added fees on shipping to show fake growth to Wall Street on his GMV for the last 6 years.

Devin's fraud is the promoted listings scams that will be sold from his so called 'Sellers Hub', that is all these guys have is bad ideas.

What they don't get is the fact that when they piss off sellers they are pissing off their largest customer base and customers do not forget it when executives defraud them and try to fool them.

Donahoe thought sellers were just the unwashed low middle class idiots who were nothing but noise, Devin thinks the are all dummies because they do not have a law degree, so he thinks we are just going to sit back and take it from him.

These two clowns are as far away from true leadership as it gets, leadership is something they know little about, first people have to respect you before they follow,  Donahoe and Devin never learned that, they think they can just force people to follow which means they are not leaders, they are losers.

After catching up with all of eBay's ongoing miss steps, I am so happy that I ended all my listings on eBay and closed my store.

I have said it before, eBay management is totally and completely clueless with regard to how the unending series of announced and unannounced changes negatively impact their sellers.

Trying to build a successful business on what eBay is like trying to build a store on a foundation of quicksand.... no matter how fast you build, yesterday's work has sunk into the muck.

One day, management will wake up to the fact that sellers leave because the eBay platform is, at best, the most unstable and anti-seller platform that makes it next to impossible for small sellers to grow or thrive.

Ric, all they had to do was put up a fair product search engine that was straight up, leave MyeBay alone, but no, that was not enough because GMV was not growing fast enough, so they came up with these stupid ideas like Promoted listings and cross promoted them all over sellers listing pages creating a race to the bottom where no seller has any hope of making a profit on their sales, yet at the same time they want sellers to buy store packages.

The best thing sellers can do today is head over to Shopify or Big Commerce and open their stores there, eBay just is not a premium option any longer with their 3rd world programming.

That thread was started by someone that misunderstood the benefits of being a Premium store owner or an Anchor store owner.  There is NO charge for the Seller's Hub for anyone.  

If you are a Basic Store owner and you want the Selling manager pro version of the Seller Hub, then and ONLY then would you pay $15.99 a month for it.  There is a free version of the Seller Hub available for all members.

It is high time for the Board of Directors to review Devin's gross incompetence in running eBay and to seriously look for an outside CEO to come in and clean house of eBay's top management structure, sellers are fed up with management who continues the silly direction of Donahoe and his hand picked CEO Devin have taken the marketplace in.

I can't answer for gossip and the spread of it.  Clearly is isn't true if they would just look at their invoices.  What happened was as is way too common on Ebay, the screen in which shows the two options for the Seller Hub has incomplete information.  And it is that screen that started all this.  But the screen was ONLY incomplete [I', not excusing Ebay], nothing more.

Premium and Anchor store owners have NEVER been charges for the Selling Manager Pro and they aren't being charged for it now.  The proof is on the seller's invoice if they would just take a moment and look.

It never ceases to amaze me when SEASONED sellers start stuff like this.  If someone has been a seller for a decade, one would think they would know what the Perks of having a Premium store is.  But SURPRISE, many don't.

So to answer your question YES, those sellers are WRONG!!!  It was an ASSUMPTION by a couple of posters that started the firestorm of BAD info.

Face facts, no seller wants their selling interface that they have used for decades taken away for Devin's idiotic seller hub designed so he can sucker sellers into buying his promoted listings that he uses to create a race to the bottom by cross promoting these ads on sellers listing pages that they pay eBay in more ways than one to publish.

Devin comes across to sellers as a selfish self centered clown who is regarded as looking out for himself and not sellers, well sellers are not going to sit back and take it all in, sorry.
