One might find it crazy, but I find that it's no coincidence that these problems are coinciding with the Union talks being conducted with First Energy....Thought it might be of use/interesting to those of you who aren't from Pennsylvania (specifically the Hookstown area)(or Ohio, for that matter, since that's where the Headquarters is located.)

Does anyone know??:
Is there anywhere that we can check and see at any given time whether the links between pay-pal and e-bay are up and active?
I seem to have down times, and they last for several hours, then suddenly I get several purchases all at once. During these ''down'' times, I will have many buyers asking if I ''got'' their transaction, as there was an error.
My auctions are all immediate payment.
Thank you.

They've had issues with their label printing system since NOVEMBER. I'm complained to both them, and to UPS. UPS was concerned, but they have no authority to push Paypal to fix it. At least UPS answered my emails within 24 hours or less. Paypal takes up to a week to respond. Since November you haven't been able to print UPS labels directly onto the 2-up label sheets. It just goes unfixed. I guess they don't collect enough money. Maybe they need a rate increase too to they can hire a trained monkey to fix it.

Use USPS Ship N Click. You can pay with PP or any other CC.

You can schedule a pickup too.

You will need to make a template for a packing slip if wanted. Piece of cake!

I've never had a problem.
