AuctionBytes Editor on eBay Radio

Griff had me on the eBay Radio show today to talk about the Seller Non-Performance policy and enforcement. It was good to talk about the things I've been hearing from sellers about their concerns and experiences with the seller crackdown.

Griff said that sellers who have problems with enforcement issues, etc., can email him at and he will try to resolve issues. Griff has a call-in show, and his co-host Lee Mirabel encouraged sellers to call in to the show if they are having problems. (Go to and click on Show Schedule - it's on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday afternoons and is called, "eBay Radio Ask Griff Show.")

There are some sellers who've contacted me sounding very desperate, and in the past I have suggested they email Griff because, while I can't guarantee he can get you the resolution you want, at least you know a real person has taken a look.

I had an indication from Griff that eBay is looking into buyer performance issues, which I think would make many sellers very happy. You can listen to the show yourself, here's a link to the eBay Radio page. I believe today's show will be available tomorrow (Wednesday).

PS: I find it much easier to sit behind a keyboard and be able to hit the backspace and delete buttons before publishing, as opposed to live radio.

You were great on Griff's show.  This has been a very stressful time for sellers.  I feel better knowing you are on top of this issue.  Thanks for everything you are doing and have done.
