Can't list on eBay. Listing tool is not working

Clicking on a seller's feedback score on a listing page does not show their feedback, it just scrolls the page down partway. Recently, it would do similar, but show a feedback summary with a link to see full feedback. Now, nothing resembling feedback

Etsy sellers are reporting that multiple pages are missing from their shops when using both the Etsy app and while using a browser. No response from Etsy regarding fix. This has been going on for at least a week or more

Calculated shipping has been overestimated for several of my sales this past week. I only caught it because after I ship each order, I plug in sale details to calculate the profit for a sale. It is happening to other sellers as well.

Noticing many "out for delivery" scans 1-2 hours AFTER delivery on eBay that do NOT show on USPS. Now seeing "out for delivery" on eBay supposedly at 3:46pm today. It is 2:20pm my time, 11:20am in the time zone scanned. 3:46 scan is NOT on USPS.
