The eBay Scheduling feature on the listing form is completely broken. Programmers have tried to compensate for the time change this weekend but their logic is wrong. Why would changing AM to PM add an hour to the scheduled time?
Don't do you your listing on eBay. Problem(s) solved.

THANK YOU for posting. It has been broken for weeks. I schedule all my listings usually 2 weeks in advance and the calendar and time keep changing right before my eyes.
