Shipping specification problem. You will want to STOP offering "free local pickup" as that will be shown FIRST. Buyers won't know you offer shipping and that is costing sales. Just got a Q asking if I would ship item. Buyer can't see that.
I had to cancel order as out-of-state buyer chose "Local Pickup" instead of FedEx - probably b/c that shows as "free."Will now have to relist and buyer may be ticked off and not repurchase. eBay is run by idiots.

Been selling on eBay for over 2 decades and have never offered 'local pickup'. Who the hell wants a bunch of internet Randos showing up at their home?
