Ever since one single offer was declined, I get a popup notification of the decline every few minutes. Can't find a way to stop them and it's distracting.
You should be able to go to the notification symbol (bell) at the header of any active eBay page, and click on that. A list of recent notifications will show, and each one as an X in the top right corner to remove it from the list, dismiss it.
