The Repeat Buyer flag on the paid orders screen is useful in general however, if a new customer buys 2 things on the same day at the same time eBay reports this as a Repeat Buyer.
There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, buy from me once, shame on — shame on you. Buy from me — you can't buy again.

Well, technically, two SEPARATE purchases, regardless of "when," is "really" a first purchase and then a repeat/additional purchase. I am inclined to say, be thankful for the heads up so you can use the information for your benefit, if you choose to.

In discussions with others, a repeat buyer is somebody who buys something from you, pays you and then comes back to buy again. A repeat buyer is not somebody who buys 2 things on the first transaction.
