On pages other than a user's feedback profile, they are sometimes coming up as having 0 feedback, then on their feedback profile, they actually do have feedback (in many cases, quite a bit).
This has been going on since middle of summer 2020. The other item that has been off and on for the last 6 years is when you look at the Order Detail page, the shipping states as free. Some Buyers went as far to file cases.

Happens all the time, nothing new. Always be skeptical of a zero feedback rating showing, as most times it is false. Just check their feedback page if it concerns you, to confirm.
