I have been forced into Managed payments since July and they have been taking out the shipping from Ebay labels since then. UNTIL last week when they are now taking out Ebay shipping labels from my Pay Pal account which is not receiving $ from sales
Yep, that is how they do it. The charges then bounce to my Pay Pal linked checking account making a bookkeeping hassle.

On the lower left of the shipping label page is a checkbox where you indicate which source to use to pay the labels - PP or MP. Maybe it got flipped, like a light switch. I suggest you just fix it, two clicks, done.

Same here. Had to manually change it from Paypal back to pending payments again.
