Yes. Told I had like $5.50 worth of eBay bucks, but when I tried to use the coupon got a message that it was invalid.

Thanks for the waste of time eBay. Spent a hour finding something I wanted, got to check out only to be told funds were already used. I DID NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE. Just left disgusted with eBay. What incompetent programmer sent this.
