Ebay Seller Hub and Mobile app giving conflicting information. For example a had sale for three items that the buyer requested canceled. It was last night at 8 PM. He stated he got his refund. The hub now shows them unpaid.  The mobile app shows then ready and ship now.

I have repeatedly had this problem. The mobile app is broken. If you even give a partial refund to a buyer (say shipping rebate) before sending it out. The mobile app won't let you add a tracking #. 21st century. eBay is still walking around with white wigs.
