Paypal is charging shipping labels to my bank account instead of to my Paypal account as normal.  Also log on issues and label printing issues today.  Many many issues at Paypal - check you transaction history carefully!

Finally got through to Paypal and they said charging the labels to my bank account instead of my Paypal balance is a "known Issue".  They also said may be fixed by the end of the week?!?!?

I am having the same problem when printing labels on eBay. If I go to PayPal and print directly from them it takes it from my balance like it should.

Thanks for reporting, I've posted on the EB blog. It's mystifying why eBay has not warned sellers who are racking up NSF bank fees!

Same here. Happened 2 of the last three times.  Middle time was when it was charged correctly so it is not fixed yet.

Took from my bank account on the 4th. Plenty of money in my paypal account to cover it. I dont transfer any money until after I buy shipping labels. Caught this today when checking my bank account.

April 4 and 5 shipping were charged to my PayPal account, and MOST also deducted from my checking account, double billed! I checked my subscriptions in PayPal, and eBay label billing was Cancelled April 5. I did not cancel, did not even know how to until calling ebay and PayPal of this issue. When "fixed", I plan to be sure PayPal label charges remain cancelled, and make the change on eBay to charge my 2% cash back credit card.

DO NOT waste your time getting in touch with eBay/PayPal. Contact your state banking authority. The state authority WILL sort it out to your benefit. PayPal says it is not a bank, yet it acts as a bank. Your state authorities, including it's Attorney General will look into this. I have and I was told that they have numerous complaints and corresponding investigations into PayPal matters.

FYI : PayPal is NOT registered to do business in New York. AVOID.
