ebay not crediting top rated discount for November. Had to call to get it corrected. They said it would be fixed today.

Of course! I'll bet so many people won't/don't even notice! Sure, these crooks, eBay, will tell you it's a glitch. Meanwhile, it's just another ruse to steal more money from their sellers. They're not doing well, at all. It's getting to the point where they will not be able to do much more to steal sellers' money. Remember, they charge sellers to list items and then  DO NOT have them shown. That's illegal, isn't it. New administration coming in - write your state's attorney general about eBay!

Yes they are having a problem. And yes it is suppose to be fixed soon. They underbilled some sellers & missed the TRS discount on others. Its not a conspiracy, it is a problem, but not one designed to steal from you. It is however important to call in and report your account as being affected if it applies to you. Have them add you to ALERT # 9335.

Same here, no TRS Discount.  Also noticed that using ebay's fee calculator, They show a fee of $1.71 on a sale of $18.99 less a "discount"  for a net fee of $1.37.  But, on my invoice the higher rate of $1.71 is charged for each $18.99 sale. Will call in the morning or early on Monday to hopefully get a Rep. whose first language is English.

I seem to be getting a TRS adjustment but on 10% not 20%.  CSR was rude and said there is no problem.  Even when I gave Mariebays alert number.

Not there. Of course, eBay downloads for past months default to gzip files, requiring a WinZip download. Since most eBay users are on Windows, this seems like a poor choice.

Just talked to CS they said w=there was an issue and "put me on the repair list" ... my invoice showed no discount.. he said they will be issuing a 'credit' since the invoice was already generated

I noticed they are using the delivery time metric to deny TRS saying the carrier says late delivery,even though i ship on time or early it never drops below about 9% lat
