I received an undeserved negative feedback due to customer not reading description.I tried to resolve with customer with no luck. Now I am unable to leave a reply to her negative feedback. Tried calling ebay but they think its a glitch in system. Are seller's not able to leave replies now? or is it really a glitch

Yup, IME ebay never removes negs, even in the case where the buyer said they made a mistake, and replying to them seems blocked. Why don't they have separate buyer and seller feedback? would fix the problems.

A few months ago I was able to respond to a neg by logging into eBay Canada. Do not know if that still works or not. USA eBay was definitely "glitched"

Fraudster/extortionist/bullying buyers who continue their campaigns against honest, diligent & experienced sellers (who have not yet totally abandoned the sinking ship) .... now routinely leave positive FBs & then bizarre negative comments.Their sole intent is to get & keep the valuable items (for which the sellers finally agreed to accept very low prices/offers) -- but to also get extorted refunds.  Sadly, PayPal & eBay continue to be complicitous in this ongoing & widespread criminal activity.

Feedback for the past month is not showing on my overall rating also. Also clicked sellers other listings and it showed no listings.  I was just at one of his listing.

This has been happening to me for several months.  Customer Support claims ignorance each time.  The problem goes away on it's own after a few weeks, then comes back.

Yep! Have tried for 3 months to respond to a 0 feedback buyers ridiculous comments...only to get this message; "You have no feedback to respond to."

Started in December for me and has been happening on and off ever since. Ebay knows of the problem but they've done nothing to fix it.

Seems to be no fix we have had this issue for over 6 months. Ebay has long been aware and and ebay CS can not leave FB for you,over 6 calls from us

It's been going on for some time, you just have to log out and log back in to get it to work. Just another Ebay bug that never gets fixed.
