Item in ebay showing payment made via Paypal.  Nothing in Paypal account showing this payment.  This is 4 hours now.  Again, seller caught in middle...ebay says "SHIP!", shows payment and you don't want dreaded defect.  Paypal - can't contact - on hold for one hour now.

yup - many many orders - shows paid in Ebay - but not in PP account - cannot ship without correct address from Paypal - they know about it and are working on it... no need to stay on hold - nothing a CSR can do.  Ebay better protect sellers - since rules are 'ship to Paypal address' - if none available & NO money... NO shipment leaving.

Ebay told me they cannot confirm they can see the transaction ID but cannot confirm the payment was received.  They advised me not to ship and took a list of items that it is affecting so if shipping is delayed or payment does not show up I can call them and have the defect removed.

Yes, item showing paid in ebay via PayPal, and no payment in my PayPal account.  I've been holding for over 1 hour with PayPal customer "no-service"

Same here, lots of payments not showing up.  Spoke with eBay (no help) still on hold with Paypal.

Sabotage by disgruntled laid off Braintree employees. STOP USING PayPal. It's no good now. And never will be.

PayPal says cancel the sale and relist the item. I will likely get an eBay strike against me every time I do this (twice so far).
