When trying to withdraw funds FROM Paypal to my Bank Account a new format has appeared.
Instead of funds in your account in 2 hours we are back to 3-4 days.
This is in breach of UK banking regulations and is a throwback to the situation of a few years ago which got Paypal in to serious trouble and financial penalties imposed.
Ebay.co.uk & Paypal have BOTH been in total meltdown the last 24-36 hours.
