eBay bucks certificate finally mailed out but it's a BLANK FORM, no amount indicated, no expiration date, etc. Just a blank form email!

I was finally able to manually enter mine in check-out,It deducted the amount off my total,but took the full amount out of my Paypal account when I paid. What a scam Ebay is

Mine finally arrived but and it shows up on the paypal checkout, but when I check the box to use it, it says that I can't use it and 'they can't apply the code to the order'.. WTH is going on.. Always glitches after glitches. Ebay needs a new IT staff and FAST!

Same problems as above. PLUS, my invoice for December had an error on it overcharging me by $35. So, as much as I hate it, I will have to call eBay and spend 30-40 minutes on the phone to "maybe" get that corrected. This company cannot do anything correctly. The only part of eBay that still resembles a flea market is the level of professionalism in management.

Once again, eBay top crooks have no clue of what happens and the stuff we have to deal with everyday. If they were to hire better programmers and not the cheap and lazy ones, eBay could not have 1000 issues a day, just look at Amazon or other marketplaces, why is eBay having so many issues? Programmers, lazy and no capable of doing their job.

Mine shows a balance but when I use it the payment keeps coming from my PP balance even the the checkout shows it will be covered by my ebucks. I'm done buying on ebay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
