Ebay bucks certificate has not been emailed. Called CSR (in Philippines?) and was told there are technical difficulties and certificates would be issued in a few days.

A few days.... the item I wanted to purchase expired today!! Oh well, the seller loses a sale and eBay loses the GMV associated with the sale as I went to Amazon to get my item. One has to wonder if ever eBay will stop being their own worst enemy. The never ending "technical issues" are driving sales to other platforms where these issues are virtually non existent.

I'm due 165.00 and have not received it yet. What makes this so annoying is that Ebay has not put up any info on this issue in the announcements board and ebay customer service can't give a direct answer either.

Well, it is Jan 3rd several minutes after midnight EST and no Bucks. Maybe eBay meant midnight PST. So now, in addition to their sellers, they're screwing their buyers as well. I don't get it.

It is now past 1:30 AM EST and the "It's on the Way!" message continues to appear. Hope the Buy-It-Nows that I intended to purchase are still available when eBay finally gets its act together. And to think, eBay has the gall to rate its sellers on their ability to deliver what is promised to buyers.

Well they certainly aren't paying out the "little guys" first. I'm owed a meager $11.46 and am still waiting, no use of double or triple bucks either. This is the first time I made it to the $5 payout too, I should have known the "it will be here on the 3rd" was a lie

It seems any record of the Bucks I earned is just disappeared. It only shows January through March 2016. I haven't received any messages either.

Have had the same problem and am due $19.48, which is half of what my item costs. A big help when you are retired, but eBay doesn't care and now nothing shows in my eBay section for that amount.I guess New Years was too much for them to take this problem seriously. They need to put cash into our accounts for the missing amount due and let us use that to buy our items.

Mine finally arrived too but I still can't use it! It shows up on the paypal checkout, but when I check the box to use it, it says that 'they can't apply the code to the order'.. WTH is going on.. Always glitches after glitches. Ebay needs a new IT staff and FAST!
