eBay has found a way to scam people out of their rightfully earned eBay bucks. For several days, the eBay bucks earned in the first quarter & awarded in April (to be used only in April) will not apply to any purchase. Customer service admits the glitch is affecting many people & state they are working on it. Their solution is to keep trying. I have tried for 48 hours now & its still not working. My seller rightfully expects payment. To offer buyer rewards then weasel out of paying is despicable
