Markdown manager not working properly (again) - when choosing items, items that are currently marked down are not shown as such.  Also, when clicking the "# of Listings" column on an existing sale, no items are shown as being marked down in that sale.

YES also it will not allow you to add "Best Offer" items to sales... WTF !!

Yes, also many buttons missing, no way to do anything in bulk, are we now supposed to do everything one item at a time? Way to go eBay, once a way, the normal, broken eBay as usual.

Last week Best Offer was allowed to be in a sales - this not so much - WTF - really! They are idiots!

I have used this off an on for the last few years and I guess it is just my bad luck that it has never worked properly for me any time I have tried to use it. Once I called eBay to see if I was doing something wrong. They told me flat out that it does not work and was not being supported so don't use it any more. That had to be at least 2 years ago.

I tried putting 86 items on sale. 25 that did not have best offer are listed for sale. All the others have best offer and are not listed as on sale. Tried to add them a few times but still no luck.
