When listing items I get a message in "selling reminders" in My Ebay that tells me that to "Get Ebay Top Rated Plus" I have to change the return time to at least 14days. I ALREADY have these same listings at 30 day returns.

I'm currently on the phone with eBay and have spent over 1 hour trying to have this resolved myself. On my seller dashboard it is showing I have 46 listings that don't qualify. I have free shipping, 1 day handling time and 30 day return policy. I stated this at the beginning to the rep and just keep having this same questions asked to me. Complete dum dums.

I just had a "good till cancelled" listing relist auto-relist after 30 days and it now too shows up as not qualifying.

Same problem here...was on the phone with them yesterday for this and another unrelated issue. And MY listings were for 30 days which means they END before the November 1 "accept holiday returns" requirement.

This started yesterday with all of my GTC and any items that I used "Sell Similar" to create. It is also happening on any relists. I have a 14 day return policy and 1 day handling on all of my listings through my Business Policies.

Same here. All my items indicate 1 day shipping and 14 day return. I opted into the 30 day return several weeks ago. All relisted items since 10/1 have this error. CS says, "ignore the warning." Really?

Still on going problem. So how does this effect "Search, "Best Match", "See Similar" as top of page says "TRS qualify for the greatest boost in Best Match and 20% fvf..." So does that mean that those of us experiencing the problem are being penalized in searches as well?

I am so fed up with continuing to get reminders that my items do not meet return policy to meet TRS - they do have 14 day return and 1 day handling. Have they already switched their systems to Holiday returns by mistake? I am SO OVER eBay - 10 year good run until MICRO-management has put sellers on the defensive like we are the bad guys.
