Item shows paid in eBay but payment is not in Paypal.

same here, several purchases, marked in ebay as paid - but paypal shows no $$s!  They must know about it - never had a long wait calling paypal, am on a long hold :(  yuk.  thats going to turn into defects for sure, cause ebay doesn't care if you really get the $$s, whent thru this once before.

Same here. The Paypal link inside eBay is invalid. There is no transaction in Paypal.

Report on forum indicates transfers between paypal accounts is also not working.

At 7:27 pm EST, PayPal responded to my inquiries with this message: "We are aware of an issue where some customer transactions were not showing up or were delayed in posting to the customer's transaction page. We have addressed the issue, and customers should start seeing their transactions appear soon. We apologize for any inconvenience."
