Instead of the feedback going trough, a message (in red) appears: "Can't leave feedback for the selected listing(s)." This has been going on all day and with many different buyers.
I have been trying since yesterday to leave feedback and get the same message.
Also, have you noticed getting thousands of views, hundreds of watchers and NO sales? What is going on?

Problems persist. It seems though that the mobile app still allows me to leave feedback, though this isn't convenient at all.
Less sales? Definitely: yes! Even though many items are competitively priced and place at the top of "Best Match," both sales and views are down. Also even with the numbers of watchers going up, the number of buyers is lagging behind for whatever reason.

I have been having this issue trying to leave feedback for sellers as well. I spend 15- 20 minutes typing comments and rating DSRs only to have it all go *poof* on an error screen. Can't these people make ANYTHING work???

No, they really are inept.
Wait until Aug 20th, when thousands of sellers lose their TSR.
Already I have 2 defects that should have expired, and one that was supposed to "kick out of the system."
Oh and 2 from the same transaction.
TRey make shitty guidelines, even they cannot abide them!
