Receiving emails out of the blue saying I recently created or revised a listing that included International Site Visibility and that it either can't be listed internationally or it violated eBay policy. Created GTC item 2 years ago. Never revised. They were nice enough to say "Of course we won't be charging you the fee for it".

I got a ton of those notices last night, too, across multiple accounts as the items renewed. My notices were all on random vintage items like Royal Doulton bowls, vintage needlework kits, old French coins -- no rhyme nor reason that I can see.

Receiving same messages on mine and in looking at site preferences eBay continues to change the places I ship to, to only the US.  I keep changing it back. I call ebay and was told that they are going to be making changes in their global shipping but that the rep did not know what or when sellers would be told.

Just had a couple of these. What is going on? One thing that you can rely upon is that eBay is consistently inconsistent.

I launched roughly 100 large wall mirrors than cannot be shipped overseas. The listings were set up for US shipping only. I have received emails for about 1/4 of them so far.

Its a "parallel import" issue most probably. eBay wants 1) to force everyone into the GSP where they make money 2) wonst stand up for customers on thier rights to sell items from the US into countries FROM EBAYS US SERVERS. They generally will remove this featuer and make you change your visibility listings (countries you ship to) in the listing itself. More bad/illegal eBay behavior.

I received the message. When I called eBay they said it was a glitch.

This should always be seen and free, if and when E-Bay ever wakes up… we pay you LOTS of money to show our items world wide.
