'US Only' filter has no effect on search results. This is a huge disadvantage to US sellers who can deliver in days rather than weeks or months. See screenshot at http://exdwh.com/ebay/US_Only.png
It is exactly the same in the UK. 'UK Only' filter is not working this side of the pond.
SNAFU.

You cant filter AT ALL based on Geographical location.
The fault has been ebaY Worldwide (Australia, Europe, GB, & North America) for over 15 hours.
A total disaster for sellers (and buyers) today = to an outage as ebaY introduce cosmetic changes to suit mobile devices.
Tortious Interference on a site not fit for purpose.

Same problem here... I found a solution, I simply stopped searching on eBay until they get around to fixing it.

It's been like that with the items I am selling. I don't believe there was any recent glitch. Ebay has been allowing foreign sellers to use item at US location, and thereby appear on US Only items. I believe the gate when out of control. Ebay need to stop the cheaters and stop pretending not to know. Even if I use US Only, the bulk of foreign item put my items to the back over ten pages deep.

We've all seen the cheaters who lie about the location. The problem I reported was a real bug as evidenced by the screen shot. As of this morning, the issue appears to be resolved, but I'll wait a little longer to close out this report.

Experienced this in the US on 3/4/14, but seems to be fixed now. Maybe my sales will pick up now...
