Issue: Not receiving email notifications from ebay for sales or for buyer questions. I had a sale yesterday afternoon (a miracle I know!) only found out when I logged into the site today. I suppose the IT people change something, it cascades through the system but not to everyone. After I call and report it to non CS, it usually stops but never have this problem elsewhere on the net.
