Issue: "Schedule Pickup" is not working again tonight 7/26. Was also not functioning on 7/24. After entering all information system says Temporarily Unavailable.

I'm "sort of" having this issue. I fill out the request form, send it, get a message that it's unavailable, but a few minutes later do get a confirmation email for my request. Carrier has picked up both days this happened.
