  1. First Ebay has to introduce them to Sellers Hub so they can control their accounts. But I am sure that the partnership agreements that Wenig made with the Chinese ensure that China will never have to deal with Ebay and their core values. China saw what Wenig was all about way back in the beginning and they do not even allow Ebay to track IP Addresses to shut bad sellers down. China completely controls everything about Ebay in their country and since they are as corrupt as Ebay they closed all of the loopholes for Ebay way back in the beginning. Its a shame that the US allows Ebay and other large corporations to get away with violating so many of the laws and regulations before they finally take a look at them. Money talks and our politicians now listen to only money and the large companies that donate to their campaigns.
