Cannot upload any pictures as of 9:30 EST.  was able to before that.  Get all kinds of crazy error messages.

Amazon Seller central is down as of 4:30 PST on 9/24.  Forums, shipping, all not reachable.  Sellers are unable to print shipping or confirm orders.

I've had issues off an on for several months w/some GTC listings not showing the correct qty available. Until today I couldtn't figure out why.  I've had GTC listings end when a purchase happened because Ebay said it was the last one when it was not.  I've had them not deduct a purchase item from the available qty so I show more stock available that is correct.

A couple months ago I went through Everything & fixed qtys on all my listings. Its happening again, sales email not deduced from qty.

Haven't been able to bid or rebid on items since about 5:00 pm EDT. I click the confirm button and get redirected eBay's "page not responding" page.

Just as I thought re: Sept 3rd outage. Got an email saying I could relist over 400 items that ended on the Sept 3rd glitch. So I went ahead and relisted and sure enough, got billed for all of them..on my way to call customer service now!

Signed up for the 30 day free Store upgrade. Ebay charged my account $199.95 for the anchor store with no acknowledgement of the "free" upgrade. CHECK YOUR INVOICES.

Also, received the invite only "500 per day free listings" from Sept 12 - 18. The listings were deducted from my monthly store quota AND I was charged for each.

Finally, spoke to supervisor in Philippine call center .... (my wait was 210 minutes) .... says that well over 35% of all calls flooding in are over the new return policy.

Esomniture Traffic Reports shows ZERO storefront views for Sept 20th, exactly the same as Sept 3rd and Sept 13/14.
Is eBay going to announce that there was another service disruption or not?
