Etsy reported May 2011 gross merchandise volume (GMV) of $40 million - the value of items sold by sellers on its site. The figure is up 75% from May 2010, and is up 3.3% compared to April 2011. Page views were up 44% year over year, and the number of new items listed was down by 6% year-over-year to 1,788,017.
