3dcart Offers Bundled SpeedTax Sales Tax Service to Online Merchants

3dcart, a leading provider of shopping cart software solutions for online merchants, will begin offering customers access to online sales tax services from SpeedTax. There is a fee for using SpeedTax, but there is no integration cost, the companies said.
